Before we
begin.

If your question is not here, send it. Clear expectations make better stories.

How is this different from hiring a match-day videographer?

A videographer records what happens. We begin with why it matters, decide whose perspective carries the story and plan how every piece supports your audience, partners and wider club narrative.

Can this help us attract or retain sponsors?

Strong stories give potential partners clearer evidence of your people, purpose and impact. They can improve the quality of sponsor conversations and provide useful shared content, although no film can guarantee a commercial agreement.

How much time will the club need to give?

We keep the process focused. A lead contact helps with access, approvals and interview scheduling; we handle story planning, questions, filming and editing. The exact commitment depends on the number of teams and stories involved.

Can you work with safeguarding requirements?

Yes. The club remains responsible for its safeguarding policy and permissions, while we plan filming around approved spaces, named contacts and agreed consent. We do not film a young person without the required club and parent or guardian approval.

What can we film during a season?

Training, match-day preparation, coach and player perspectives, volunteer stories, community work, recovery, milestones and partner impact can all form part of one connected season story.

Do you offer a one-off project before a longer commitment?

Yes. A founder story, partner film or small player series is a sensible first project. It creates proof, lets both teams test the process and gives us material to plan the next stage properly.
